Foster to present invited paper at M&M 2008
MME founder and President, Barbara Foster, has been invited to speak at the upcoming Microscopy & Microanalysis meeting, August 3-7 in Albuquerque, NM. Her presentation, which focuses on the proliferation of smaller, sleeker, and more economic instrumentation being driven by new requirements in nanotechnology, will include an overview of the new family of desktop SEMs, hybrid Confocal/Raman light microscopy and integrated AFM/RAMAN and SEM/Raman systems.
